Who Can Access It?
Available to all Triptease customers at no additional cost. Any platform user can join Triptease Labs and start exploring.

How Does It Work?
- Open the Labspage from your main navigation sidebar
- Click Join Triptease Labsto opt in — this tells us you're happy to be contacted about experiments and to give feedback
- Browse the available features — each one has a short description of what it does and what stage it's at
- Toggle on the features you want to try
- Use the inline feedback option to share your thoughts at any time
What’s Included?
- Preview features— stable and planned for general release in future. More developed, with fewer rough edges and potential issues expected.
- Experimental features— early-stage ideas that may evolve or not make it to general release. Try them with that in mind. Likely to have elements that don’t work perfectly yet.
- All features are off by default.
- Most features can be enabled by any user; some require admin permissions to enable.
Are There Any Limitations?
Labs features are in development and may change or be removed at any time. They're provided on a best-effort basis with no specific support guarantee, and are covered under the Beta Features clause in our Terms & Conditions. Experimental features have further to go. Preview features are more stable and are planned for general release, but are not ready yet.
How Do I Get Access?
Log in to the Triptease platform and open the
Labs
page from your sidebar navigation. It's fully self-serve — no action needed from your CSM.## What’s Coming Next?

FAQs
- What's the difference between Preview and Experimental?Preview features are stable and heading to general release. Experimental features are early-stage and may not survive — they're ideas we're actively testing.
- Will these features affect the rest of my platform?No. Labs features are off by default. They won't change anything for other users unless they opt in too.
- Does it cost anything?No — Triptease Labs is free to join. Some features may be charged for once they reach general availability.
- Can I turn it off?Yes, at any time — toggle off any individual feature, or leave the programme entirely.
- Do I need to be an admin?Anyone can join Triptease Labs. Most experiments can be switched on by any user; some require admin permissions to enable.
- Will my choice affect anyone else?No. Labs feature activation is user-specific. Your choices only affect you.
