The Agent has moved beyond Labs and now supports more of your day-to-day marketing work:
- Understand your performance.Ask about results across your Triptease channels, including spend and return on ad spend, without having to piece together the numbers yourself.
- Find guests worth targeting.Explore your most valuable guest segments, how they book and which campaigns could help you reach them.
- Create and refine campaigns.Turn an idea into a draft website message, then adjust the copy, design or language in the same conversation.
- Investigate rate parity.Find out where OTAs are undercutting your direct rates and get help managing Price Match discount codes.
- Manage marketing budgets.Review and update monthly budgets for channels your hotel manages, within your existing permissions.

You can move from a question about your hotel’s performance to a campaign draft in one conversation, with recommendations grounded in your data.You stay in control. Campaigns start as drafts, and the Agent asks for confirmation before actions such as publishing, deleting or increasing a budget. It respects your existing user permissions, and your data is not used to train AI models.
👥 Who can access it?
All existing Triptease customers can try the Agent for free until 30 November 2026. The channels and actions available to you depend on your subscriptions and permissions.
Want to keep using the Agent after your trial? Contact your Customer Success Manager to upgrade to the Agentic Marketing Platform with early-bird pricing before the 1 December 2026.
The Agent follows Anthropic’s supported-regions list and is currently unavailable in Hong Kong and China. If your region isn’t supported, you’ll see an availability notice. The rest of your Triptease platform is unaffected.
