The message design can benefit from having a media bin for custom image updates. At the moment, for every message, images needs to be re- uploaded over and over.

It would be great if the font size of the promo code can be adjusted when creating messages.

Ability to set up a questionnaire exit message when the guest is in the final steps of the booking engine and looking to leave.

Have a message where hotels are able to collect guest feedback/ responses on the site.

Having the option to choose the frequency with which messages are displayed, as well as having the "never again if dismissed" as optional.
