For channels including paid search, meta search, and retargeting, there should be an export option by CSV through a scheduling option by email, which would send on a specific date and/or a recurring date.

Need tracking for additional key OTA parity violators
Certain key (and consistent parity violator) OTAs needed in Monitoring. Without them we have an unfinished picture of parity, and requires us to use other methods outside of Triptease to catch them. Expanding on Triptease Audience Segment
From Banff Park Lodge: Could TT expand our audiences to include additional segments relevant to our market? Since we’re located in a ski destination here in Banff, could we target guests who are searching for ski vacations or have an interest in skiing?

Ability to show room type photos on Metasearch
We are at a competitive disadvantage against OTAs because while we are able to show room rates by hotel room type on metasearch, we are unable to show a picture alongside the room type. This would be a small but potentially meaningful upgrade if we had the ability to play on the same level as the OTAs.

Extend Price Match on Meta beyond 90 days
Currently, while many of our customers are able to bid on Metasearch with a 180+ day lead time, those utilising the Triptease Data Marketing Platform and Price Match capabilities are only able to bid on Metasearch with a max booking window of 90 days. While we are confident that this 90 day lead time is capturing the large majority of bookings — our data shows that more that 80% of customers book within this window — we are working hard to be able to accommodate customer requests for a longer lead time. This is something that the team are actively pursing, and we hope to be able to provide an update shortly.

Capability to make test booking
It would be great to have the capacity to make automated test bookings to better understand the real source/ wholesaler of the disparity appearing on the Parity Manager behind Agoda for example.

Presentation of Menu Items
Currently, the menu items are not presented consistently. Some sections have arrows which can be clicked and expand sub-items. Sections like Campaigns and Channels also have sub-items however they are not shown right at the menu

Create a feature that knows users are experiencing ad fatigue
This will inform our clients that it is time for their retargeting ads to be refreshed based on our data.
