In 2023, we launched Price Match on Metasearch, allowing our customers to price match OTAs and solve parity issues in real time. After the success of this product, we've decided to close the loop and add On-Site price match, so we can make sure that customers will never find a price cheaper than direct on an OTA booking engine.
We have created the first iteration of this product, and are testing the Onsite Price Match in Alpha with selected customers. If you are interested in participating in the test or to learn more, please get in touch.

OTA's style notifications.
Would be great to show on the website during the booking process that we price match. Agoda use the following text:
Complete your booking with complete confidence! If you can find and show us a booking on another website for the same room and dates as your Agoda booking, we will match or beat the price. It's our way of making sure you'll never regret any booking you make with us.

Hi Franck Chantoiseau, thanks for the suggestion. What would be the call to action for the visitor in your case, e.g. call us? Keen to learn a bit more. Cheers!

Luke Jefferson: Hi Luke, glad you like the idea. Yes, a call us or email us would be the appropriate call to action. It's really about changing guest perception that direct booking is cheaper than OTA's.
