Would it be possible to trigger different content or messages to returning visitors based on their previous behaviour on the website?
One possible solution: applying our audience segments to activate different onsite messages instead of emails activation so website would be dynamically personalized throughout their whole booking journey.
As an example, one person abandoning the website at some point of the booking journey but returning, knowing that on the previous visit his main interest was a family trip, being able to show specific message related to that behaviour.
